We only collect data you actively provide to us:
- Contact form — your name, email address, and the message you send us.
- Newsletter subscription — your email address when you subscribe to our letter.
We do not collect any data passively (no tracking cookies, no analytics, no fingerprinting). We do not use advertising networks or sell data to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data you provide solely for the purpose you shared it:
- Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
- Newsletter emails are used to send you our periodic letters. You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click.
We will never use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We apply appropriate technical measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion.
We retain contact form data for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website does not embed third-party tracking scripts, social media widgets, or advertising tags. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tools.
If we ever use a third-party service (for example, an email delivery provider for the newsletter), we will update this policy to name the provider and describe how they handle data on our behalf.
6. Your Rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and in alignment with GDPR principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from our newsletter)
- Object to processing of your data

7. Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our website may use a single session cookie strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, to remember form state). This cookie does not collect personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
You do not need to accept any cookies to use Tiny Wisdom.
8. Children's Privacy
Tiny Wisdom is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
